Examples of completed projects

• Development of a market and cooperation strategy for a regional power supply company.
  The strategy was developed jointly with the two managing directors and the customer support manager. The regional supply company supported is 100% in the hands of communal shareholders and responsible for supplying a community with population of around 20,000.
• Support in the development of a market and corporate strategy for a regional power supply company. 10 employees and three representatives of the shareholders were included in the project on the part of the supply company. The supply company is responsible for supplying a catchment area with a population of around 35,000.
