Document management in the electricity supply utility – Efficiency without causing a stir

It is difficult to imagine the process landscape of many supply companies without solutions for document administration and archival. However, these are frequently restricted to the introduction of software products in the form of document management systems (DMS) and electronic archives. However this approach is too limited for a significant and lasting improvement of efficiency. It is described in the following how global project approaches can increase permanently the efficiency in many areas of an energy supply company (EVU).
