Since 1996 the KOMKE group of companies has been offering a comprehensive range of strategic and organizational consultancy as well as engineering and information technology services.
The range of services is oriented consistently to the needs of the energy industry. Thus energy and water suppliers, power generators and plant construction companies for the energy industry are numbered among our customers.
Within the group of companies, strategic, organizational and technological consultancy is represented by KOMKE Consulting (BDU). Engineering services, software development and in-house solutions are provided by KOMKE Engineering & Services GmbH & Co. KG.
Industrial competence
Our industrial competence in the energy industry and in power plant construction is our distinguishing feature. Thus we have many years' experience in all essential supply areas: electricity, gas, heat, water. In the area of power supply plant planning we call into play our process knowledge in the areas of system engineering, construction, process engineering as well as electrical engineering. Our participation in numerous projects has made us very familiar both with the requirements of conventional power station construction and operation and with the general conditions in nuclear power plants.
Independent and neutral
The interests of our customers as well as the principles of the Bundesverband Deutscher Unternehmensberater (BDU) (Federal Association of German Management Consultants) are the guidelines for our activity as neutral and independent consultancy partner. Therefore we neither enter into obligations towards manufacturers or product suppliers nor do we accept commission payments.
Individual and all-embracing solutions
We are certainly familiar with standard solutions, but we know that taking into account comprehensively the special conditions and needs of the individual customer determines the success of the solution. Therefore the requirements of our customers form the basis for individual solution design.
Irrespective whether it is a strategic, organizational or technological project, successful implementation is the measure of all things for us. Thus we support you from idea finding up to the successful implementation of the solution in daily operations.
Innovative
Apart from economic needs, political decisions and legal requirements are also an essential driving force for innovation in the energy industry. We want to engage ourselves actively in shaping the market and we gain important impulses for our work by our active cooperation in bodies such as the EDNA Initiative. We work on the transfer of current scientific findings into practice within the scope of joint activities with universities and technical colleges, and in this way we gain qualified employees for our company.
