Our consultancy approach
KOMKE Consulting (BDU) is characterized by many years consultancy proficiency acquired in an international client environment. Both distinct industrial knowledge and taking social, psychological and intercultural aspects into account are reflected in our interdisciplinary consultancy approach.
We advise neutrally and independently in the interests of our clients as well as on the basis of ethical principles, which are anchored in the philosophy of our company. For we are fully committed to the principles of the Bundesverband Deutscher Unternehmensberater e.V. (Federal Association of German Management Consultants).
Our consultants are highly qualified in their field and possess at least 10 years industrial and consultancy experience. A flexible human resources concept allows us to assign the most competent consultant for each project and requirement. In view of the above-average level of innovation and sustainability that our services require, we place above-average demands on the continuous qualification of our consultants. Every consultant must provide evidence of at least 120 hours further training per year, which he/she has received in the form of congresses and seminars.
Our goal is to support the management of our clients to meet their needs and fulfil their objectives. Therefore we build on proven effectiveness and consistently question planned changes with regard to their sustainability and their benefit.
A good discussion and communication culture is an especially important concern for us. Thus we use professional discussion, presentation and consultancy techniques which we also communicate to the employees of our clients. Thus we want to contribute to transferring the dynamics of communication from project activity into the daily business.
We attach great importance to a personal and confidential relationship to our clients. The principle of "Help for self-help" has special meaning for us, for we want that you stand on "your own feet" and that your position is permanently strengthened.
